I hate to go to so of the fast food places because of poor service in the black community. If the people working there don't treat me right I don't go back.

I once walked into a store where the floor tiles were coming aloose and black as coal from dirt and the walls were so dirty I didn't want to touch anything. I immediately left. FYI if a white-owned business was in this condition I wouldn't shop there either.
However, I did recently go to a Black-owned restaurant which was clean, neat, with a cheerful staff, and beautiful sterling serving warmers you might see at a high-end wedding buffet. And best of all the food was exellent. Them sisters sure can burn. I was pleasantly surprised. And there was a steady crowd there. I am glad to see that Black people are starting to understand that customer service equals dollars and cents.

Well please share the name and location of the restaurant???

I think a lot of them deliberately forget to read the Employee Handbook and watch the Customer Service Video.

It begins and ends with the owners and management.I try and frequent black ownwd businesses when ever possible but i will not return to some place if the service is bad.But before i leave i make it apoint to speak with the manager and let them know that the service i received was bad and that i will not spend my money in that establishment again.

I have seen the good and the bad in black businesses. Although I usually make a deliberate effort to use black vendors, I am not any more tolerant of substandard services as I am of white vendors. Matter of fact, I expect better since we share the same heritage and culture.
But that's not always the case, and when it happens, I don't return.

:LolLolLol James, maybe they thought you fitted in and was one of them. :LolLolLol Couldn't resist.
Seriously though, I've found that with Nigerian owned stores etc, the customer service is very good and they are very well mannered.
