Why is it that everytime I turn the channel on BET and see some low-budget, straight to video movie, there's always curse words being edited out throughout the entire movie? I can't understand what the movie is really about cause I spend most of the time trying to read the actor's lips! Come to think of it, the movies don't even have any substance (like the one called "Rage and Discipline"). A lot of them don't have a storyline. They just be shooting people and having sex. What IS THAT????!! Somebody actully wasted film on that? Come on BET, You GOT to do betta than that. You knew those movies had a lot of cursing in them before you chose to air them. Either LEAVE THE CURSE WORDS ALONE or DON'T PLAY THE MOVIES AT ALL!

Can't a movie be enjoyable without a lot of cursing all the time?. Is it that they get the point across better if they swear in every other sentence?..I DON'T THINK SO... but that's just me and it's JMO

Yes the movie can be enjoyable without cursing, but when a movie with cursing is shown and the words are constantly edited out, I cannot understand the the point of what is being said or how the charcter doing the talking is relevant to the story. Have you ever watched a BET Low-rate Film that nobody's ever heard of? They seriously make no sense. I don't understand broken sentences. All I'm saying is that if BET is gonna play those movies, they shouldn't edit the curse words (especially when every other word is a curse word) so that I as an audience member can figure out what the movie is all about. I don't wanna read lips all the time! That's Annoying.

Change the channel and don't watch BET no more is all i can tell ya.

folks but BET just went striaght down the toliet after Johnson sold it.
Frankly, its a waste of time to watch anything on their basic cable channel b/c its straight

. The only thing that I may watch on BET Networks occasionally are their BET Jazz Channel and Starz Channel and that's it.

That is so true. It's like they would not dare put a movie on there that made it to the movies. And it is very frustrating when they are moving their lips and something else comes out. Just play something less vulgar.

BET has lost their 'pulse' on the black community. The garbage the continue to vomit is not worth the time. I don't mind the vulgar language if it has it's genuine place in the movie, but these movies should be played late at night when kids are less likely to be exposed to it.

I agree, BET starz and jazz is great!

I am going to purchase BET along with Bill Cosby, Michael Jordan, Oprah Winfrey, Jermaine Dupri, Jay Z, Master P, Baby from Cash Money records, and Queen Latifah. We are all going half on the purchase of BET. We are going to bring BET back to the black community. I am putting in 2 million dollars, Bill is putting up 3 million, Mike is putting up 5 million, Oprah is putting up 45 million, JD is putting up 5 million, Jigga man is putting up 20 million, Master P is putting up 10 million, Baby is putting up 15 million and The Queen is putting up 5 million towards the purchase of BET. Thats a grand total of 110 million dollars to purchase BET. I am going to be the new host of Rap City when we all purchase BET. No more lame videos and movies will be coming on the "NEW BET".
