I think it's their common practice not to put anybody's HIV test on file. For the sake of anybody who's test might come back positive, they're doing them a favor. Insurance companies can get your health records from all sources (you have to sign a waiver to allow them to), then they can deny you health coverage, or life insurance if you have HIV.

I served on the board of the local Planned Parenthood, and have found them to be very fair in their providing of services. I don't know what your local branch does.

AS for the fact that the highest AIDS epidemic is in A FRICA--I have an african friend that is here attending school and she just got married to a citizen{also from AFRICA} but did anyone ever think that the scientist and "others" HAVE INJECTED THE AIDS VIRUS INTO the african nation to destroy the race? People that are ill and some that are not are getting injected with the virus that's been planted there by various agencies-of course-this is my opinion from information from people that I know that live there.

I read a week ago that AIDS has gotten so bad in Africa that the men are having sex with babies. This is said to make the virus disappear. Mothers are selling their little newborns into whore house there. This one baby had been adopted by a family and it was hard to get her back on track emotionally. She hadn't been feed or held in months. They found her in the whore house crying. They repaired her vaginal area. Now I know they know by now that this doesn't get rid of AIDS. They just enjoy what they are doing. I really believe the comment above about the virus being planted there. Also even though AIDS is heavy in the black community their is no reason for people to just discriminate like evrybody has it.
