Who said welfare was for Black folks? LOL It isnt, the majority of funds spent on welfare in this country are spent on old white folks in convalescent homes, but i've stated that before.
Yes there should be a welfare system in this country, just like there is a welfare system to help corporate empires snatch money from you, there should be a welfare system to help poor folks. I just wish more people understood that their taxes hardly pay for that but instead they pay for police to beat you and go looking aimlessly for white women lost that dont want to be found...
