fatness bugs me to but thats about it I cant call someone lazy until I talk to them if you think about it fat people work twice as hard to do the same thing that skinny people to. Could you carry a 100 extra what about 200, 300, 400, 500 pounds extra could you walk up stairs with that weight what if you fell down.
Everytime you see a fat person whether you think they are lazy or not they are carrying more weight than you are and still getting it done, not only physical weight but emotional weight that can be the result of insults and lifetime of ridicule about their obesity by people like Ocideon.(that is how it is, not ocideons fault there are lots who do the same thing he does express his dislike for fat)
So how can a person who carries double or triple your weight lazy if they do it by choice

instead of talking about an overweight person take action and try to help that person or persons with there weight problem start out small like walking and showing them about better food choices and how to use them not only will help a person improve there health you just might make a friend.

That's superb. Congratulations. How about blessing the AFroCommunity with some tips on how you are able to conquer obesity?
By your definition, I too am one of these disgusting individuals you identify them as, but I don't take offense to you iron hammer of judgement and rebuke, because your vision is clearly nearsighted and sounding self-righteous.
Before my lil angel came into the world I was around 15% body fat. But I stopped going to the gym everyday for a hour, instead spending time with family and business. As a result, I gained alot of weight; from 210-255.
Standing 6-1, 255 lbs, I could use some tips myself.

YO!! Watch what you eat. I workout 3 days a week, monday, wednesday and friday. I use 2 30lbs bumb bell and a weight bench to do a complete body workout 30 mins in the morningor evening. every chance you get to walk...do it. If you got to walmart. don't dive around in circles looking for the closes slot to the store...park some distances so you can walk. I have been doing this workout routine for 9 yrs now...Man, I don't think plus size men and women are disgusting, what I think is disgusting is people who sit around and eat all day....then complain about gaining some pounds...and don't wanna do anything to help themselves...like I said you can take a horse to the water but you can't make it drink, you gotta want to help yourself, it you want people to help you!!
