I can't stand when people tell me what it is I'm thinking and feeling before I tell them No one knows until I speak for myself so please stop trying to read me.

I can't stand to see developing little girls with no bras on. Their mamas know that their daughters got a lil something now and they need to do what needs to be done.

I absolutely hate it when a mother knows that her children are being abused by her man and she stays with him because she loves her man

I can't stand it when a dark skinned person(male or female) sees my light skin and automatically sums me up as being stuck up, of which I'm not.

I'm an older Black woman but have none of those problems. The younger ladies on my job are extra nice to me and they seem to enjoy being around me. I have a huge sense of humor, they have me laughing and I have them laughing, too but I don't try to talk their talk and act their age. I respect them and they respect me. We all get along fine. Thank the Lord I'm not a cranky person, and I've never had any of those "hot" flashes and other problems. I'm sorry you've experienced that from older Black women as it makes no sense at all. When I was a young woman I always enjoyed being around older woman (older people in general) as I learned quite a bit from being around older women/people. There was mutual respect among us as well.

Any way what irks me is people who come to either fill out a job application or arrive for a job interview wearing hoochie clothes, wearing their pants down below their hips, sometimes even with their underwear showing, or wearing hats or tee-shirts with phrases on them like "sh** happens!" or "Damn, I'm good!" or some kind of crazy-looking picture on the shirt such as one young man who arrived wearing a black colored shirt that had a bright neon-green colored mean-looking monster with big eyeballs rolling down out of the sockets, a big wide mouth with extra large teeth and saliva running down from the mouth and the shirt also had some kind of profane writing in big lettering. They should know that the HR people aren't going to offer them a job or that they will even hear from anyone once they leave the building. Makes me wonder if they really are serious about getting a job.

Deadbeat dads, pedophiles, people who have five kids when they can't even afford to take care of one. Ladies who don't know that when they are wearing a short skirt, they ought to sit with their legs closed, at all times. Oh yeah, and people who cheat on someone when they are in a relationship with them. Their selfishness irks me, they can after all always tell their main woman/man that they no longer want the relationship, then move on. People who cheat in business.
