^Most of the time I don't answer the phone if the number isn't formiliar to me, (YES, I screen my calls)... But anyway, when I do answer & its a Tele-Marketer, they will try to go on after you say no think you, & guess what,
they get that dail tone.
That is so rude for them not to accept a simple NO THANK YOU!!!

Things that irk me:
People who don't read written instructions.
People who don't listen to verbal instructions.
Most civilians.
End of Rant.

Hmm what irks me is when immediately after I've gotten out of the shower, so fresh and so clean, someone in the house decides to cook pan sausage or burn bacon, and that burned food smell is all up on me.
It irks me, when people pretend to be someone they're not.
It irks me, when I blow out a candle and have to smell that afterburn...UUck
It irks me when I've gotten into bed, and covered nice and snuggly, and left the TV remote on top of the TV.
Good Post !

It got so bad in my case that I started using book covers.
I can remember reading a book on the bus when this man sat down next to me and started talkin' 'bout "I like high yellow females". URGH! Go way, lemme lone!
Can't you see I'm busy?

I'm irked by people who are irked by people who are smart and aren't afraid to share what they know and their experience.

I hate that song. It really offends me. There's a girl at work with the cd. She plays it all day long. She irks me.

I can't stand people that are able to assist in the care of an ailing parent but absolutely refuse to do so. I'm talking about someone that won't stop by and sit a spell, offer to go to the store, or even call to ask how the parent is doing.
This same individual will be the first person to cause you major problems once the ailing parent dies. This individual will arrive at the house and start going through things, nosing around in order to see what's there for the taking etc.
