I've always been irritated with the small section of black products I see at stores. There is a store around my way selling a box of Dark and Lovely Relaxer for $9.49. I can go to Target and get one for $5.60 something.
What irks me is when I'm standing in line behind someone (not black) they clutch their purse like I'm going to rob them.

^^^^^^^ And to add to the Ethnic hair section...Does it ever cross your mind WHY it has to be separate from the other hair products lines sometimes in a store it's across the other aisle side...not even next to the YT's version or nail stiff..or lotions..but on the other side of the aisle..same lane though....
Thing that irks me is people always asking "Is that all your hair"..and often men & white folks (women) and yeah, some women will run their hands down my hair ...prolly feeling for tracks on the slick/sly......lol...

OMG Yes. I wear braids alot because I hate doing my hair everyday. Because I wear the braid people automatically assume I have short hair. When I take my braids out and have my natural hair (which comes down my back) they ask is it real. Some people will even say "Oh I thought your hair was short." Then they would say the dumbest thing ever...."well the black girls I know have short hair." Wow.

I just love when you ask a favor of someone and they deny you then the next day the very same person has the nerve to ask you for a favor. The cake gets iced when they give you all attitude when you turn them down.

Talk about annoying...those darn back seat drivers, speedometer monitors, and imaginary brake pushers. But the one, no two who annoy me the most...the one who just have to argue with or nag me while I'm driving and the one who prevents the potential accident with the 'whoa!' 'look out' 'hold it' 'watch this car' 'he's going to come over' etc. I mean damn! Shouting out left and right doesn't help me avoid anything especially when I have absolutely no idea what I'm looking for or where it's coming from. Get your monkey off my back and let me drive my car! STFU, sit back and ride! AND STOP TOUCHING THE RADIO!!
Whew! That felt good.

I wish people would stop trying to figure out my ethnicity by staring at me. Sometimes I'll be out with my God Mother who happens to be a WW married to a BM and I'll notice WP look at her, then her husband then look at me with disapproval written all over their face when they think they have figured it all out--an inter-racial couple and their 1/2 breed. IDIOTS! Sometimes I want to tell them that they're wrong and that I'm BLACK! Just because my skin is light doesn't mean a darn thing. Hmph! Our different shades are a part of our beauty! Better ask somebody!
Thanks 4 letting me vent family! Luv ya'll!

Q: what's one of the first things yt says we need to get over and stop complaining about?
A: slavery
Q: what's one of the first things yt uses as a weapon against us when spewing racial garbage?
A: slavery
Q: well yt, which is it because it can't be both?
A: ????
Obviously, this irks me.
