Yeah that was discrimination. Those rules are supposed to be followed by everyone. The people making the rules have to remain consistent. You can't pick and choose who will be allowed to break them and who can't.

Hmmm....let's look at this objectively. It sounds like you and the kid had sodas. I know you said it was ice water, but was it in a KFC cup? Did the lady in question have bottle water?
well i assume.. true.. that by same item,she is talking about bottled water or cup...see through maybe,some places wont allow certains items that do not have a lid. or a cap to place on top..

when i go to kfc or micky d's, i do ask for some water and pay for the cup. the security guard,( rent a cop), should've asked if it was water or soda. to me he was being lazy and difficult.
