Here are some FACTS to directly contradict your assertion that millions of blacks die each year. According to this recent FACT sheet (not unsubstantiated ranting), around half a million (500,000) blacks have aids, making it impossible for millions to die of it yearly. Please read the fact sheet link below.

Uh, you also fail to mention that AIDS among blacks has declined among some demographics...which would make us LESS AFRAID to talk about it.

And finally, there's been no scientific proof to link big booties to HIV. Just thought you needed to know that so you wouldn't be afraid to look at a phat ahzz again!

I wouldn't even say scared to talk about the subject (we talk about it all the time) many of us are still really ignorant to the subject of safe sex as a whole. but unlike the statistic's say we are very safe minded people. In parts of The Mother land (Africa) just like the U.S. many people are taught that it is a sin to have sex before marriage and take their children out of sex ED classes (seen it first hand)

Condoms can be a lifesaver just got to a clinch, drug store, "Target" grab a hand full and have fun.

My brother in laws younger brother is HIV positive
and gets very sick. He says the medication causes
the sickness but he wants to live so he keeps
taking it.

He was infected 5 years ago by a prostitute when
he was away working. He thought nothing of it
at the time but when his GF became pregnant and
tested positive he found out.

I have known many people over the last 9 years
who have not had the luxury of meds and have
died.

i wouldn't see why blacks would be afraid to talk about aids...my daughters and i have talked about aids,HIV...she's in high school. she talks to me about rumors that goes around there.so i'm not afraid to talk about it,never seen a reason to fear that topic.i talk to her about that and other reason why she should substain from sex,until she's either married or old enough to handle whatever comes from sex.also they talk about that in school,(visitors who has the HIV virus).
