I have been laid off three times in my life. About the best deal the common man can hope to get is a week's severance pay for every year you were on the payroll. I witnessed a disgusting scene about a year and a half ago. Some older ladies in the Billing department, including a precious sister from the islands about the age my mother would have been if she were still alive, had worked for the company for a better part of their lives. They were laid off, with the usual week for every year worked package. But, a few weeks later, they were rehired, with assurances they would still get the original severance package if laid off again.
A few more weeks went by, and then the company laid them all off, but this time only gave them two weeks severance pay -- total. The sister from the islands looked at me and asked,
"I am 64 years old. Who do they think is going to hire me now?"
I spoke about what happened to three of my co-workers, a white guy, a white Jewish lady, and a white Jewish guy. Both white guys just flat out told me the laid off women got what they deserved. The white Jewish guy even expressed annoyance that the women were complaining over their situation. The white Jewish lady didn't seem to care one way or the other. Not her problem.
If memory serves me correctly, that was just about the time I began seriously considering that white people were not just racist -- they were evil -- not just evil, evil -- but evil as in demonic-possession.

two years after being terminated, but they are also bumping up that paycheck by another 20% to help him pay the taxes on all that money.
I am serious. That is the excuse White Folks are using to excuse what they are doing -- to help him pay his taxes on all that money.
Demon-possession. That is the best explanation I can come up with. If you can come up with a better reason, let me know.
This sort of devilment goes on all around us, every day. Trace all that money down to the bottom of the food chain and you will find that it comes out of your and my pocket.
Why do we, the majority of the people of this planet, allow it?
