Broke on payday
I never thought I would get to a point in my life where I felt like everyone wants to get me for my money. I owe what I owe but man, sometimes, it feels so impossible. Like people trying to invite me to events all the time and it always costs and they're always like "yeah, we'd like to see you there" but I'm at point like I got more bills to pay these days than I've ever had. Gets stressful. Just had to get that off my chest.......tired running out of money fast and having to tough it out from week to week......
and yes, i'm looking to managing money better and i have been but i think i'll need a 2nd job to help out

been there....done that. Since you won't slow down on the spending you might have to get another job. Or get a roommate....that's if you live in an apartment.

Things like this are usually solved by separating luxuries from necessaries. Once you do that you can prioritize and organize the luxuries you'll indulge in, instead of going by the pants of your seat.

Well,
Two quotes come to mind about this, one from Suge Knight and the other from my mother...go figure.
"Think about a paycheck... they are paying you to stay in check" Suge Knight
"You aint happy unless you broke" my mother
The first one speaks of the constant struggle to keep your bills paid and your job. It makes me wonder how Suge went broke behind some of the greatest rap music the west coast produced... Tupac, Dre, Snoop, The Dogg Pound...
The second one speaks to the fact that when you have money sometimes, its a burden just to have it because its gone many times when you get it.
Both speak to a certain mindset we have about money in America... Money is great when you have it, good when you need it, a pain in the butt when you don't. Its rough out here but Lord knows it could be worse. Then again thats only from a certain perspective either way.

You seem to have more money going out than coming in and you are definitely in need of money management. Getting a second job might ease your problems for a while but you might end up back in the same boat if you do not learn how to manage your money.

This scenario sounds all too familiar... One thing I made my mission was to get my credit in order for 2007. A lot of people are totally apathetic where their credit status is concerned, but you need good credit for just about everything nowadays. Potential employers can even check your credit, and even so, not everyone is at the place where they can pay everything in cash. Ironically enough, I have a job doing credit card collections, and that's where I learned the most about how credit works.

Precisely. This prevents you from spending frivolously.
