Them Girl Scout Cookies
Yall know all them cookies are good. Keep buying. I'm a Girl Scout Leader and my troop makes money for the year selling those cookies. What's a few extra pounds when you are supporting the girls. We have lots of good stuff planned for our money. Just an FYI my troop in KY only gets $.50 for each box sold. Our goal this year is 2000 boxes...we still have 19 cases to go to make our $1000. Thanks for your support. O and if you want you can actually just donate a few extra dollars and not get the cookies.

Blame it on somebody! I just went to my "stash" and pulled out the last box and — well, this second box will soon be history—following the fate of the first box! Woe is me. I'm undone!

I've often done just that, donated and not gotten the cookies. Sometimes the little girls are in front of the grocery store selling their cookies and on my way in or out of the store I'd just give a donation. I've done that also for other children (and adults) who've been outside the front of the grocery store selling candy or whatever for their church or school.

Agreed. That's always what I do as a former Girl Scout. The novelty of the cookies has worn off.
