My 20 yr old son father dies

I f you live in Md you already saw it on the news.Spring Grove assistant care giver was killed by patient on November 4th. Okay, to make a long story short this wife is somewhat unbelievable!! He married her about 2 yrs ago.Now fast forward.........He died at 1 p.m. at 5p.m it was televised. She did not give the family a chance to be notified first. He has a small daughter who is 8 yrs old who saw him in the news and asked her mother,Why are they showing daddy on the news?As far as the funeral his family (that were close) was not given any say so in the planning or anything else. He had a plot down south so he could buried she chose to bury him in one of bmores worse cemetaries. the next day after his death the wife said she wants to be compensated.....okay i could understand that if she were not saying this to his grieveing children. She stated that my son would recieve his car and later said it was not paid for.His fam has tried so many times to relate to her, to get through this and she has all kinds of lawyers ect in her ear.I really do not know how to handle this.so i told my son to just let it all go............

I know this thread is old now, but wow. I hope your son has gotten through his loss. I hate to see folk act a nut when someone passes on.

Of all the times for mess, why do people choose to act a fool when someone passes??? Who wants to deal with that while mourning and grieving??? I don't know if I'd tell my child to forget about anything that may rightfully be his, but I can understand the temptation behind doing so. I can only imagine the grief that comes with a deceased parent, especially unexpectedly and when you're young. Sometimes it may be best to walk away and let evil people do what they gonna do. Doesn't the Bible speak about one's enemies being their footstool??? Sometimes you get an even bigger blessing by letting mess stay among the messy. If the wife really is no good, she'll get her's. One way or the other.
