The double standard

This whole society is built on a double standard but none bothers me more then the one between men and women. I know there are ones that favor men but ladies do we really have to get into all the ones that favor you? I'll just say CHILD CUSTODY!!! Is there a double standard out there between men and women that really bothers you? What is it? Holla back ladies and gentlemen

As an ex-corrections officer the issue of sexual relations between officers and inmates...
Male officer female inmate...officer fired and prosecuted
Female officer male inmate...officer allowed to resign and avoid prosecution

Where is the fairness in that...the justice?

THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN THE CURRENT STATORY SYSTEM!!!!

It's all about opinion and belief now, not facts. It's public opinion that a female cannot sexually assault a man. It is not, however, generally public opinion that a woman can and should take certain precautions not to encourage behavior that can lead to sexual assault.

Women have been given deference in that way and in many other ways regarding moder western judicial process. It will always be like this until facts rain supreme in law once again.

What about teachers?


If a male teacher has sex with a 15 year old girl he is going to be put underneath the prison. If a female teacher does the same no jail time at all! Outrageous!

Engagement rings....Why do I have to spend upwards of 2 g's for a ring to go around her finger? Where's my 2000 dollar engagment 50 inch plasma TV with recliner?

Again, the difference in the case that people tend to forget is that the teacher is White Blond Female and they tend to get preferential treatment in society unfortuantly.

Absoulutely. Eversince the OJ case, the media would pretty much be ready to roll the electric chair over to the the Black Man's house and plug it in to watch him fry. It would be like Emmet Till revisited.
