This is deep.

I got this from another site and after reading it I was speechless. I wanted to know what some of you think about it. I've never really looked at racism against blacks this way. Interesting read none the less:

Quote:
Alright children of all races, lets step back and take a look at the larger systems at work here.

First of all, we live in a society where the pinnacle of beauty is considered a blond-haired blue-eyed white female. To argue otherwise would be stupid. I don't care if you have a fetish for 'red-heads', or find 'green-eyes' dropped dead gorgeous. It does not matter if you are some otaku with a fondness for thin Asian girls.

The bottom line, there is beauty pinnacle, and that pinnacle is the blond-haired-blue-eyed white female, and whiteness in general. (I won't even go into detail about all the whitening creams on the market)

Now, is it me, or is it just COINCIDENTIAL that lowest common denominator, the poorest people in our nation JUST HAPPEN to be the same race that resides on the complete opposite end of the spectrum of 'blue-eyed white blond beauty's'?

Yes, black people.

Why is it that we consider the most beautiful black women to be 'Beyonce' 'Halle-berry' 'Vanessa Williams? Yea, all these black women blow away a lot of white girls, but these black women also have very 'aquiline' facial features. - Hence, they look like white girls with caramel colored skin.

Just like there's a pinnacle of beauty, there's also the bottom of the barrel.

In a world where white blue-blond beauty is considered the best, the opposite is naturally going to be considered the least desirable.

Harsh to say, but the least desirable women in America are black women.

Black people in general suffer from this image problem stemming from white America. It's the very reason black girls get so pissed off when black men date white women - the inferiority complex.

It's the very reason black women go through such a hard time straightening their hair, and lightening it - they're trying to live up to white ideals.

Now, there are a lot of problems that stem from image problems. Those who fall into the thought of 'looks mean nothing' are just fooling themselves. If black people are undesired physically, can't that make them undesired period?

Look at hurricane Katrina, where on national TV, black people were called 'looters' while white people were called 'gatherers.' What kind of racist bulls**t is that?

Step outside of your white skin, and go to the movies, watch TV. Everywhere you look all you see is this s**tty black stereotypical women named 'Shaquita', fat, super-long, diamond-studded nails, and a crappy ghetto attitude. Either that, or some yo yo yo, brother who immediately gets offed in some movie simply because the director decided to be 'nice' and cast a black role.
[
Step outside of your white skin, and imagine what it must be like, if every time the topic of eugenics came up, you atomically KNEW YOUR race would be the topic of discussion.

Imagine what it must be like, on your self esteem, to know you were the very opposite of what is considered beauty.

Imagine what it must be like, to turn on the television everyday, and see negative images of yourself in every facet of the media.

If you are articulate, imagine what it must be like, to hear people constantly say, 'Wow, you are well spoken' simply because you speak better than all the 'illiterates' of your race.

If you happen to be pretty, imagine what it must be like, to have people slip up every now and then and say 'Wow, you're pretty for a black girl', or even better 'Are you 100% black? Do you have some Brazilian or peatuo-rican in your blood?' (Is if a black girl just MUST be mixed with something else in order to be beautiful)

It must be just fun, knowing scientist keep pushing, trying to find ways to prove by fact, that your race is dumber than the rest.

It must be nice hating affirmative action, but needing it all the same.

It must be nice living under a constant veil of inferiority, because you are the lowest common denominator.

Here is the social scale, highest denominator to lowest common denominator.

1 - White people, and people who pass as white
2 - Asians / Hispanics who look white.
3 - Indians Americans
4 - Hispanics who look typically hispanic.
5 - 'Pretty' African Americans with typically white features (think Vanessa Williams)
5 - Hispanics who resemble blacks.
6 - Typical African Americans, (Think Will Smith, Micheal Jordon, Angela basset)
7 - Pure Africans (usually very dark, with more 'pure' african-like facial features, usually african immagrants)

Where you are at on this scale by race is where you are at by birth. The whiter you are, the better you have it in society, and the blacker you are, the worse.

Of course, my theory is it all goes back to the standards of beauty (looks ARE everything) but feel free to disagree.

Now you people please explain to me how this group of people, who happens to be at the opposite end of the white beauty spectrum, happens to be at the bottom of the white food chain, are not under any cultural negativities or modern day racism?

The key to making black culture thrive is to directly alter the black woman's perception of beauty. When she puts herself on top, and stands where the white woman is today, happiness and self-confidence will follow, and black males will directly benefit as they, and their women become the top echelon of cultural beauty. The beauty of both genders in any given race is first defined by the women, then extended to the men.

Ever wonder why the pretty black girls you meet are usually nice? And the plain black girls you meet usually mean? The mean ones are usually those who hold inferiority complexes towards white women.

Reality is what it is. And if the day came when AFRICAN beauty and wealth was defined as the PINNACLE, then white people would automatically be at the opposite end of the spectrum, by force of balance if nothing else.

By sheer need of balance, there 'has' to be 'somebody' at the bottom of the barrel. From the moment Africans arrived in chains, they have been the lowest common denominator, and they still are today, because SOMEBODY just has to be at the bottom.

So what we have here are all these forces and outside influences spewing negativity to keep those black people there at the bottom, because it has to be somebody, and we have all decided it would be black people - because of all the other races, they look the lease like white people.

What you people don't realize is that by denying the FACT of anti-black racism, you are directly contributing to these 'forces', this 'energy' which finds a need to keep white people on top by keeping black people down.

Perhaps it's a survival method? If we altered our perceptions to consider Africans the pinnacle of beauty, than whites would receive the s**t end of that stick due to sheer oppositeness(I invented a word!) So perhaps there's actually a higher mechanism working that's causing all you people to become so DAMN BLIND to an obvious anti-black culture.

But wait, we can't admit our racism can we? The last thing we want to do is contribute to the same energy that would destroy us.

As long as white women are considered the pinnacle of beauty, black people(men and women) will always be adversely oppressed by default. It's a concept hard to understand, but really worth thinking about. It's a trickle down effect of negativity, the further you are from the pinnacle, the more adversely you will be affected.

Black racism is a FACT: Why keep denying it?

Interesting post.

Yeah, Racism is pervasive, but I think much of what is mentioned in that post is not as pervasive as in the past. And I don't even consider that 'ranking of races' to even be remotely valid. Talk to 100 people you'll get a difference answer everytime.

But white beauty is still forced down our throats. For example, there's a predominantly white beauty company I think is called Maxfactor, Maybeline, etc..(help me out ladies). They've started featuring black women lately, such as Gabriell, Queen Latifah or Beyonce. But they make these sistahs look "white". It's hard to explain. When I see them on those commercials, I go ewwww.

There are plenty of examples to support your assertions, but I think the opposite is also true. Whites, more than ever are doing whatever they can to have more black features.

Yeah, I would totally agree with the original post if it were posted in the 80s, but nowadays its a little different. White folks are getting their lips and arses pumped so that they look fuller. White folks are visiting tanning salons to make their skin look darker. Hell they even wear dreads, corn rolls and braids.

Ill let you sisters tackle the opinion about straight hair. My wife wears her hair natural, but other black women, when asked state that perms make their hair more manageable.

That stands to reason because Maxfactor, Maybeline, LO'real, and Easy Breezy Beautiful Cover Girl didn't pay any attention to black women back in the 40's and 50's. It was Maxfactor that saw to it that Dorothy Dandridges' presence was flawless at all times. But I know what you're saying. Makes ya wanna barf don't it?.
