BLACK HISTORY: MOUND BUILDERS; Why the Cover Up!?

BLACK HISTORY: MOUND BUILDERS; Why the Cover Up!?

4022 BC----3882--------2356---------------1866------1436-----------------ROME----AD 430--------------------------2008---

4022 BC-------------Creation of Adam
3882 BC-------------Seth is born
2356 BC-------------April 17, Great World Flood
1866 BC-------------Joseph sold into captivity; 17 years old
1436 BC-------------September 14, Midnight; Exodus
Roman Empire----
AD 430's------------
AD 2008-------------
Most historians say the ancient North American Mound Builders civilization ended violently and abruptly around the A.D. 430s. That time period would be the same time that the Roman Empire was on the oust! There are a lot of evidences that mound building was a major part of North America so, I wonder now, how could the history of the ancient Mound Builders here in North America have escaped my hungry mind?

In our modern times, there have been new rediscoveries of other mounds, not only in the United States but, in Mexico. One mound in Mexico was said to have been uncovered recently and Oh! . . . A great big pyramid just happened to be underneath this big ole mound and on top of the mound was a Catholic church! Now this gigantic stone pyramid has become a tourist site. Something is up!?. . . Why the cover up?

Many scholars say that the pyramids in Mexico date to the 1500s B.C. but, there are a few accounts that state the pyramids were actually much older. When new cultures came in on top of older ones, they simply added onto older existing pyramids. But in reference to North America, do we have only mounds or, mounds that cover up pyramids and something else? Also, if there was a cover up for secrecy then, what kind of civilization existed before the Mound Builders?

Based upon my research, the history of ancient North America concerning the Mound Builders goes way back and can be compared and dated to similar civilizations written about in the old Mediterranean world. Some scholars say that there were three (3) capitols in the Mound Builders world of North America; (1) the Mississippi Mound Builders area near the delta, (2) in Georgia and, (3) the main capitol was in Ohio. Based on the first mounds or ‘high places‘ built up in the old world and the first stone pyramids that were built, it seems that mound building came first, therefore, the civilizations in North America are based upon the earliest existence! Ancient people began to build high places to worship the sun in the 3000s B.C. but hundreds of years later in the 2600s B.C., the first recorded stone steppe pyramid was built by a Theban priest named Imhotep. Soon after, his works became taken to even greater heights by the founder of the 4th Dynasty, a Theban king named, Seneferu [Sen-Neferu; var. Snofru]. What does this mean?

In addition to other evidences, the presence of these Theban men show that there were two different civilizations that came together and, the mound builders were first. They came to the Americas first and then eventually, the innovative ideas that came from the black, Seth men, followed. So for thousands and thousands of years, the stone pyramids that became built up all across the Americas were built up by ancient black people of whom had ‘afro hair’! Umh!? Now that’s a thought! . . . So at one late time, someone must have thought it necessary to begin the mound building again and so, for some reason, humans spent about 400 years building mounds and covering up pyramids . . . and then around the A.D. 430s, there was a violent and abrupt end to this way of life.

Wow I have been studying about the mounds for some years now. My favorite one is Poverty Point in Louisiana. Built by Black people 10,000 years before the birth of Jesus Christ. I took a trip there and it is amazing. Check it out. I've been to the one Etowah and Rock Eagle in Georgia, and the one in Illinois.

Wow. That means that you know more about the actual mounds sites than I do. Even though I am from the Ohio Valley area and thereabouts, I have never seen the serpent mound or was formally taught of its existence. I have not heard of the Poverty Point mound. Do you have any idea what the Black people were known as? Thank you for you post.

Good evening, posters...

But, could we try to consider suchlike merely
new revelations, not just old coverups?

Yes:

We are the products of old seeds/planted in new soils...

But:

While I hope and pray for better days as regards my and our distant african cousins?

Also we must be true to who we are--here--as well...

It's like that:

And that's the way it is...

FYI...

Take care...

Later...

Peace...

According to documents at Poverty Pointe, these are our ancestors who they say just magically disappeared. They traveled along the Mississippi. That river runs along Poverty Point. I brought a couple of books from there. But they are packed away. I will look for them and forward you the information. Man the peace as you walk the mounds are incredible. What is funny is the europeans have made them "National Parks" and you should read all of the rules and regulations they have regarding performing ceremonies there. I will never forget when I went to Etowah in North Georgia, the europeans will follow you through out the park making sure you don't stop and pray. Trust me of all the mounds I have visited, I have never seen any blacks there other then myself or the party I was with.

@Dtownbro, What?

@Dtownbro, What?
...and it just amazes me concerning the "National Parks" that out of all of the public school field trips I felt the need to go on in order to feel apart of the classroom and school, why 'they' never felt obligated to include these ancient mounds!? I think back to some of the 'historical' field trips to places like 'Jamestown's First Settlement' in Virginia where a reenactment of the slave auction was an important part of the tour and as usual, I was the minority in the group and, it makes me angry.

Jaqui wrote exactly what I was thinking when I read your reply. I do not understand. Are you saying that new revelations should be shared in addition to Black history that has been covered up?

I don't know your age Chevron Dove or your ability to take trips now, but I would suggest you go to those places if this is something you are interested. I am in Macon Georgia to do a speech. I had to past Rock Eagle Mound to get here. Thought about you.

It one needs or wants to know and understand more about the importance and significance of such things?

Seek out those who live there (or others who used to)...

Also know and understand it is usually a no no to write or speak about indigenous sacred sites in public and in print...

Some things just weren't and aren't meant for (mass) public consumption homefolks...

FYI...

Later...

Peace...
