It is unfortunate that our view of the world has been so easily manipulated by TMM [The Mass Media] which should be more accurately called TMM [The Man's Media].
For six and a half years, a ruthless cabal comprised of three entities [TMM, the federal government, and fundamentalist christians] have been seriously mind-farting Americans into thinking that our greatest threat is Islamist terrorism. We should focus more on simple math:
- We are thousands of times more likely to be killed by a Christian that a Muslim. All you have to do to prove this is read the orbituaries in any major city newspaper.
- We are hundreds of times more likely to be killed by a natural disaster [hurricane, tornado, flood, widlfire] than by an Islamic terrorist.
- In the case of black men, we are thousands of time more likely to be killed by another black man than by an Islamic terrorist.
So, why, out of all the threats we face, are we so paranoid about Islamic terrorists? Because that particular fear has been programmed into us, every day, for the past six and a half years. They whip up our fear because they know most of us can be scared, grudgingly, into allowing our government to take away any and all of our rights and liberties as long as we are told it is necessary to fight the War On Terror.
Our much greater threat comes from, not Osama, or Iran, but from Fundamentalist Christians, the state, and TMM.
