Just nitpicking. Interesting thread.

That is true beyond a doubt, many of their laws was based off of land ownership, you couldn't even vote if you didn't own it

Post What is the Beast Capitalism

Hotep

Capitalism can not exist with out all of the other isms that support and sustains it. They are one and the same and are made to suck the blood of the "Masses" that it feeds on and supports it. To say the least.

Capitalism is a religion in it self and is treated exactly the same as a religion. Who truly wins?...or have always been winning the most/wealth/prize from being the owners of capitalism? Capitalism is a group of businesses/nations/corporations that work together for a common cause...hence..."Racism".

Who are the owners of capitalism?...The same ones who owns all the other "Isms"...rescorces and control of the people living under it and have been "Converted" to it concepts....the Aryan/european/indo-european commonly called the white RACE. They are on top and will always be on top of it because it is theirs. We can only think of what we have been exposed to...so that meaning that we can not think of any thing...that we have not already...been exposed to and that is another "Ism"...that is,...really the same thing...only they call it by other names. The out come is going to always be exactly the same for the so-called Black man/woman...living in it.

The exceptions are meaningless because none can rise above the over all collective condition of its own people. Hence...Artical #1 and Section #2 of the "Constatuton of the U.S.A" determins the Black Man/Woman...to only be...3/5ths...of a Man/Human! This is what the Beast does and this is what the Beast is and this is what the "Beast People" thinks..."Capitalism" with All of its other partner isms.

That is why you are incapable of grasping the correct understanding of "Private ownership" and "Personal ownership" in the context of political ideolgy. Just like "touchdown" means one thing in the context of a football game and something entirely different to a space shuttle landing, the definitions of property ownership used in running a small business and in home appraisals do not apply in the global definition of capitalism. You would be 100% right if the subject was capitalism in Amerikkka, but the topic is capitalism in general.

Your words are hyperbole and foolery, so I don't take insult from anything you say.

I'm curious as to why you dub me "Dblack MittRomney"? Do you even know, or is it just another one of your lame attempts to sound intelligent or witty?

The context of debate is in Amerikkka, however the definitions I gave apply to global capitalism as well. The only one here clearly ignorant of a topic they are polluting is you. There is no context of political ideology in this discussion, nor is that part of the true definition, so what the hell are you smoking over there?!

Read the damn topic again; you, nor I have the right to change the subject to suit our liking.

Economic Wargames

Greetings,

I'm new here and I found this thread by searching on economics.

I haven't read the thread but I searched it for technology and found no mention of it.

What is interesting about last month, the so called Black History month and all previous versions is that Black Americans don't say much about the cotton gin.

Before the cotton gin the seed had to be removed from the cotton by hand. Until I found it on the internet I didn't know how big a difference that technology made. One person working by hand could produce about TWO POUNDS of cotton fiber in a day. But with a hand cranked cotton gin that same person could produce TWENTY FOUR POUNDS of cotton. Think about what that would do to the PRICE OF COTTON. Of course that encouraged more people to plant cotton and acquire more land to plant cotton. But of course where we come into the picture relates to PICKING THE COTTON. So the cotton gin doesn't get mentioned much in that Black version of Black history.

But that is an important lesson in technology and economics and hence CAPITALISM.

Now the funny thing today is that we have all of these computers. And of course big corporations used computers to do their accounting back in the 60's. But today's home computers are more powerful than the mainframe junk of the 60's. But you don't hear anyone saying accounting should be mandatory in the schools. It should be a piece os cake with today's computing power.

Fifth graders can learn accounting as well as collegians

You don't hear about economists calculating what has been lost on depreciation of automobiles for the last 50 years either.
