You know I don't think this is the reason the numbers are so high now. I think the police have been brutalizing people forever. That is why they were formed. I refuse to believe that serve and protect bs.

But I just saw a special yesterday on the high rate of cops on steroids. This insane cop was saying that they have to be strong to deal with the muscular criminals in the street. Utter insanity I tell ya.
