The" Role" of Woman
Revolutionary Greetings,
I'm not going to ask why don't women " know their Place " and all that as has been stated before .... because it is true that in War you have to be able to fill different Positions of Battle .. but I will ask to the Men and the Women ..What will it take To keep our Women as beautiful as they are inside and out ( some ) from becoming elevated at the expense of her Own Black man or Man in general nowa days and her own self worth . Meaning that Now days in alot of relationships Some women will work so hard to get " ahead " in life that they actually destroy theirselves and family in the process by not doing the very thing/s that got her a family in the first place( a very saaaaaaaaad State of affairs ) . What can we as men do better to improve our women as a Whole and not just as a Quick fix like makeup sex or jewels?

I'm not really going to define a woman's "role", not my thing. All I know there is no accomplishment made by the Black man himself alone, the Black women is always involved, always will be. If you are Black American or West Indian then you are a West African. West African women have formed armies control trade and done whats common to man. Simply put the Black women's role is the same as the Black man to build strong, cultured ambitious families; who will participate in the growth of our race.

I don't like the word "place" but we do have a "role" to play in every affair, including the family. What the op is trying to do, I believe, is to put that "role" in perspective.
Everything in nature has a role to play in sustaining it's species.

The Role of women
A woman's role is whatever she feels it is, and no one CAN judge otherwise!

On every level in society a specific role is designed for you depending on the circumstances.
For instance on the job, you have your entry level folks, department heads, supervisors, managers, upper level managers, CEO, board of directors, etc..
Without this chain of command the work place would be in chaos!
Why would it be any different for women in the households, relationships, community, etc...?

Word ! .... Listen I'm not discussing the Role Parsay ... let me quote the " meat " of the topic again to get the other side of the discussion but thanks for what you have said so far ... "What will it take To keep our Women as beautiful as they are inside and out (most ) from becoming elevated at the expense of her Own Black man or Man in general nowa days and her own self worth . Meaning that Now days in alot of relationships Some women will work so hard to get " ahead " in life that they actually destroy theirselves and family in the process by not doing the very thing/s that got her a family in the first place"
Thats the Question Why are so many career woman destroying their own families and how can we as men and women help to stop the "trend "

relationship issue
You and I have seen it since we were kids and we still see it today.
You know, that Jehovah Witness sister, with Ned the Wino as a husband, even Redd Fox included the Aunt Esta skit about this syndrome.
Or the young college educated sister who feels only thugs are Mr. right so she works while he stays home and plays video games.
It's in every hood in every major city.
We fail to realize most of us here and even in the Motherland, that we have adopted a grafted culture, that has to be recreated each week according to the whims of the overseer.
That is why folks who maintain and embrace collectivly a culture with the hope of thier chidrens future as the main focus,, find success,
and the women feel secure, and free from the fear of poverty and abandonment, This collective dtermination is seen in the orthodox and hassidic Jews and the Nation of Islam.
I am not proselitizing orthodoxy, but we must look at the factors that make any individual act in a way that sacrifices thier greater good,
just for a title or a bit more chedda
