Putting another kid in foster care would be a bad thing for them but it would be worse if they were with this lady, she may love them as her kids but there is no way she can take care of them drugs or not. In fact I be the lady was relieved to hear it so next time one of her partners is trying to hae sex unprotected she may say I cant or I will go to jail.

I still dont feel bad for her and if I was the judge I might have thrown dat *** in jail from the get go, ya feez me
She may have been on drugs off and on for the duration of each and every pregnancy. She may be a sex addict. Drugs elicit behavior not well planned and behavior that doesn't make much sense. Being a sex addict elicits the same behavior. To me, it's stupid to put her in jail because it solves absolutely nothing but society's jail fetish. Jail doesn't solve all problems. It's not the quick fix people think it is. It's not a deterrant of all behavioral problems...it's not the solution.

Peace,

No doubt this woman is trifling. It hurts me to know that a woman especially can treat her own like that.

But right or wrong, no judge has a right to mandate or sanction a right that is inherently given to us by God. Yes, they can take the kids, but telling someone they can't procreate is a violation of one of our most fundamental rights as human beings and as animals on this earth.

I guarantee you that one day, someone is going to argue that these judes are pro-homosexual and encouraging a perverse lifestyle. Think about that......

It angers me that judges think they have the legal, human and moral authority to cross the line like that.

I'm for procreating too, but there has to come a point and time that common sense comes into play. The taxpayers are already taking care of and dang near encouraging this woman to have children like she has and bringing a child, whose mother is a substance abuser, into the world can be pretty costly.

Why allow her to continue doing it over and over and over again?

It would be different if she was cleaned up and trying to better herself, but having absolutely no consequence has made her a "burden." In the future if she is to marry and settle down, I'd hope that a judge might reconsider allowing her to have a child with her new husband, if he'd like to, but for now and while she's still lacking basic parental skills, discretion, and to be free of drugs, I don't know if there was any other way to handle it.

I hate that more family members weren't available to help her with the children, but that's what living a lifestyle like this can do for ya'. *sigh*
