NOOOO, this is completely different.
He was a spy of the US living with a Muslim group thought to be a terrorist organization, he later begins to feel different about his position and his views of the "terrorist" he was sent to monitor. He comes back to the US (don't know why yet) not fulfilling his duties and escaping a US military attack on the group he was with.
I don't know if he is out for revenge of just survival but he is trained and ready to fight the whole system ON HIS OWN
Enemy of the State and Traitor are nothing alike in that aspect.
Enemy of the state is about the state over stepping the Constitution to monitor and in slave the people of this nation without their knowledge or consent. (just like the patriot act of RIGHT NOW!!!)
Traitor is a story of not believing everything the government tells you......also there is a double ontondrea in the title
WHO'S THE TRAITOR THE FORMER AGENT THAT LEARNS SOMETHING ABOUT THE ENEMY HE WAS TAUGHT TO HATE OR THE NATION THAT LIED TO HIM ABOUT WHO HIS ENEMY WAS?
Deep story.....
