Brother sephari: given your field of expertise, how would you build the pyramids if you had the chance to do it today?

I don't care how they did it the only thing I want the world to understand is WHO made it.

You got that why. And, also, WHY they built it.

Yahoo News has this annoying habit of deleting news articles after a few weeks, if not days. Fortunately, pretty much all their stuff is straight from AP, Reuters, or AFP, so you can find it elsewhere with a little effort:
The Surprising Truth Behind the Construction of the Great Pyramids | LiveScience
Briefly, this story is about some white folks who think they figured out how the ancient brothers and sisters of Kemet built the Great Pyramids of Giza. Using an electron microscope, they came up with the theory that it really was not an extraordinary feat at all, but just a case of a few not particularly brilliant semi-skilled laborers who mixed together raw materials and then set it in blocks to dry as we might, in "modern" times, mix together concrete.
They do not, of course, offer any specific details of how enough raw materials to build 2 to 3 million blocks, ranging in final weight from 1 to 13 tons each, could have been moved 481 feet above the ground.
I guess that would just be an insignificant detail.
There is this one particularly arrogant remark in the article about the ancient builders "unknowingly" [their word not mine] using nanotechnology.
On a lighter note, I did find it amusing that the head of the research team, Professor Michel Barsoum, bears an uncanny likeness to rock guitarist Joe Satriani. I kept getting this vision in my head of Barsoum, lighting up a dubbie behind one of the pyramids and explaining to his grad students:
"Yeah, dude, it was. like, totally awesome! I, like, made up this crazy story about electrons and, and water droplets and, and Beverly Hillbillies cement ponds and all the media dudes, man, like, they bought it! Rock and roll!
