Do not use Quotes button when Starting Topic/Thread

There is a bug in Vbulletin, where using quotes incorrectly destroys the layout of the front page.

Furthermore, the quote feature should be used to quote replis of resident postings, not content pulled from external sources. For that type of information please use the standard " ".

Posts that cause problems for the layout must be deleted, so please double check your post after submitting if you use quotes.
