If you mouse-over your little green square(s) you see what your reputation is here on the board. Some kind of magic formula that includes how many times you have posted, if somebody thanked you, if somebody complained about you, etc.
Those stars are graphics for the number of posts you have. There are different colors for 10's, 100's, 1000's.
The stuff at the bottom, you can mouse-over and get an explanation.
