As I listened to Wright, I found myself thinking what a safer world we would live in if the next POTUS was as opposed to war and violence as Jeremiah Wright. Unfotunately, that will not happen. the next POTUS will be Obama, Hilllary, or McCain. And, all three of them have, frequently and strongly, expressed their commitment to continuing America's misguided, racist, war on terror.

Like him or loathe him?
Obama's (church's) minister isn't the one running for president...
I. e., guilt by (mere) association, what a classic ploy of the white haters...
And I believe that says it all about the Clintons...
FYI...

Please, don't post rhetoric, or statements not linked to action or fact. Let's be fair, honest and objective. Where he grew up and got his haircut is not relevant. Let's focus on things he has DONE. No promises, no claims, no 'feelgood' documentation on why he's a great guy. We already know about that.

Thank you. I agree with your statement. I'm tired of the meaningless chaff and irrelevant BS to side track the man rather than focusing on whether the man is worthy of the presidency. I have no problems with serious and valid criticisms of Obama but I'm tired of the Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh cheap shots and toxic bluster about the minister of his church.

What has Obama actually done? Not what he says he supports and what he plans to do. This is basically the issue here. You just posted a whole lot of nothing.

You are just incapable of answering a question, lol! You were asked "What has Obama actually Done?"
And you respond with the fact that he is a constitutional scholar. I could easily challenge that because some of his positions fly in the face of the constitution, but that's not the point here. You Won't answer any simple challenge put forth!
We all know about the Clintons and Bush. That's a tired and meaningless technique. We are talking about Obama. Vomiting well documented information about poor white candidates doesn't answer the questions that you or much of black america deliberately ignore about Obama.
So, again.....What has Obama actually done? And don't come with the scholar garbage, because just about every senator and congressman has a law degree.

The Constitution clearly limits the president to two terms maximum. So, if we had a serious Supreme Court, Hilary would be dis-qualified to be president.
Yet, here you are asking how is Obama qualified. Get real.

OK, now you've just confirmed to me how constitutionally ignorant you really are. The constitution makes it very clear that the term limit doesn't involve your wife, brother, sister, uncle, grandpa or mother. If that was the case then GW Bush would have been prevented from running. Where are you getting your knowledge? Where ever it is, you need to stop going there, because they are feeding you a pile of horsedung.

abdurratln,
do not post chain, please!
That long list you posted are promises, most of them empty. Promises are NOT qualifications or accomplishments.

Obama being a Senator at one time is a very worthwhile thing to mention as to what accomplisments he has had in the past that would help him and anyone else in a bid for presidency. Being a Senator is a worthwhile political accomplishment and feat in every since of the word, but it does not, by itself qualify someone to be president, commander in chief of a nation.
Being a civil rights lawyer is a career accomplishment and a nice title. But what has this man actually done?? that would help us determine what it is that we can expect from him as a president? This is the issue right here.

Trying to have a civil debate. You call a white person my master one more time, I will delete your account and all posts.....
Now back to the subject; You, at best make the point that he is very intelligent. We know that by listening to him shuck and jive in front of the media. Being a constitutional scholar does not by iteslf qualify you as government official. If anything it qualifies you as a constitutional attorney.
And Obama self-appointed himself as a Civil Rights Attorney. Give me one landmark case that he has faught or tried to fight for any disadvantaged minority? Take your time, you'll need it.
And let's say, for the sake of debate you are right about these two assertions; If this is all that you desire as a president, in a country of over 400 million people, then no wonder our country is in a mess.
Still, no meat in your argument.

I'm not a historian, but what "miraculous things" have the last 6 or 7 presidents done before they were presidents that made them qualified besides Bush Sr as VP?

No president in US history has done anything miraculous. Perhaps you should start your own thread and ask this ridiculous question as it has nothing to do with this one.
