Obama = Teflon
After everything he's been through, and everything that's been thrown at him, he's still standing. And now his lead in the national polls has widen eight points 50-42, as per the Gallup organization. He's also winning big in the polls in North Carolina and has a good lead in Indiana. Both of these states will vote on May 6, and if Barack wins both, the pressure will really grow on Billary to dropout. If she doesn't, the superdelegates will put an end to it. There are already calls from party leaders asking her to drop out now because they know she can't win. |

It's interesting, if you look on CNN, they are basically saying that Clinton should drop out, you check Fox News, they say Obama...
Even though both candidates and their competition are horrible choices, its interesting how they choose to keep people distracted from that fact. |

I tired of this whole process, I voted the last two presidential elections but how long will I have to comprimise? I despise both dems and repubs for the most part. I like Obama's wife, but he leaves me underwhelmed.

True. Obama wife presents herself like a sista from way back. As for Obama, that's another story.

You spent your entire post talking about Hillary and other candidates. The sad part about this is that Obama has no record, no history and is just as dishonest and dirt as Hillary, McCain and the rest.
What's stupid is black folks voting for an UncleTom when they have NO idea of what Obama has accomplished or what he can and actuall will do if elected. Look in the mirror....

To all the Obama Haterz Out There...
...man, fvck experience!! Ya'll talkin' about experience need to look at yourselves..YOU! (i bet this post will get deleted too, HATER!...lol) and recognize that crooked *** George W. didn't have any experience as fvckin' president and CLEARLY wasn't competent enough for the job. I'm not voting for Obama because he's a black man like myself but, to keep it short, because of the sense of hope and change of direction that he represents(which is what this country badly needs).
Not the same stuff we're gonna get from any republican that ever holds down the position of president. Ofcourse he's not a God-send, perfect example of who should be president, but who is? Tell me that. If I have to choose from who's available then i'm going for a change...something new. And don't tell me no shyt about Hillary being more experienced because we all know Bill is runnin' shyt behind the scenes. ![]()

Clearly one of the most powerfully ignorant things I've ever read.
Without experience, there would be not human evolution or intelligence. You have the ability to come on to this board and 'display' your intelligence because you learned, or better yet, acquired experience. Electing someone to lead the largest and most powerful nation in the world based on nothing but hope is retarded. Never in the history of this country has a man with no experience made a good president....NEVER! And never, in the history of mankind has any leader accomplished anything purely on the wings of hope. Wise up.

Abraham Lincoln had NO experience whatsoever, but managed to win a Civil War and at the same time emancipate black people from chattel slavery. Not bad for a man who had no experience.
OTOH, the ones with the most "Presidential experience" prior to taking office turned out to be the worst Presidents in American history (i.e., James Buchanan and Richard M. Nixon). And anyway, Presidential experience is pretty much a myth. Out of the 43 Presidents this country has had, none of them had any real experience prior to taking office....none of them. The only men in this country who can lay claim to Presidential experience are the ones who've actually been President (i.e., Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and George Bush Sr.), and none of them can or are willing to run again. How does one go about gaining the experience to become President? You don't. Nothing you've ever done in your life can prepare you for this difficult job....nothing Last edited by MrAtlanta : May 14th, 2008 at 12:42 AM. |
