Who cares what whites think? I know some of you validate Obama via the approval of whites, but most respectable black folk don't. At least, I hope not.

McKinney has been sent to the time-out corner where the rest of the true black leaders are. Yes, she has said and done some stupid things, but she should have been aware of the double standard.

Like Jesse and Al, who had a pro-black sub-agenda, these black leaders have been ostracized, and shamefully, many of us have joined whites in their crucifixion.

Obama, is much like Oprah; he will not talk about the REAL issues, therefore, whites don't squirm in their own skin.

My choice? I'm leaving the democratic party to become an independent. I cannot vote against Obama, so, unless someone can show me something real, I will not vote this election.

No, but it is also and currently enforced for those outside of their plans to win as well. You are forced to vote for one or his alternative... which could be fully against your stance. The voting districts, equipment used, and authorities over the vote have been picked already and made to the advantage of the party's agenda.

I know it is currently the only choice, so the course is stayed for the duration... personally, I will be happy to view the 'Black Strata' and see that more of my people actually voted in the election to keep the trend increasing

Anyone who seriously hopes to get elected to the Presidency of the United States will care, at least in part, what whites think (and what Latinos think, and what Asians think, and what Blacks think, and what everyone else who's a registered voter thinks), unless they believe that the Black vote alone could carry them to the Oval Office.

Don't care what whites think? That's fine, but you might be better off running for public office in an all-Black (or at least majority-Black) nation then. The US isn't such a nation. Yet.

See, that's the problem...as long as we have leaders and followers worrying about what whites think, we will continue to have problems within our own culture.

You know, I've bee an active voter ever since 1968...I'll be 57 in a couple of weeks...in all these years, I've/we've been offered one white answer after the next, still life in the Black community hasn't changed for us. We're offered a pacifier to calm us down, and then we're Willie Lynched all over again. I've voted through 8 presidential elections in my lifetime, and I have yet to see the changes that were promised...always the nipple with no milk. For the past few days I've been exchanging messages concerning Barrack Obama. Let me make myself perfectly clear...I'm not voting for Barrack because he's black...I'm voting for him because i believe in my heart that he is a man that can get the job done for all of us. Yes, I'm African American, but regardless of what you may think...just like every other ethnic group in this country, we are all Americans. If you think I'm lying, just reflect back to 9/11, and look at the diversity in the death toll. None of those people died because they were black, or white...or hispanic, or asian...they died because they were Americans. I love my people, and I love the rich history of my people, and I do whatever I can to make sure that any person tht I come in contact with gets some kind of information about who we were in time.

But this is a new day, and we are never going to restore those days and times, but what we can do is become a viable part of this society that we live in. One things for certain, and two things are for sure...if we can get it together and stand as one man, we really can change the world, but we have to come together.

Certainly, Barrack's not the mosty experienced of the candidates...and cetainly he is junior to just to all of the candidates...but that does not mean hat he cannot effect change in America.

We look for all the reasons..."he's not black enough...not experienced enough...he used to do drugs...he's really an undercover terrorist, and not really a true Christian...the church that he worships in ain't right"...yeah, we look for all the dirt that the media and some politicians throw at us, because they are afraid, and the only way that they can deal with their fear is to plant seeds of discord within the ranks of the black vote.

Truth of the matter is, Barrack doesn't have the experience that many of the others has., that doesn't mean that he doesn't know hat he's doing..and yes, he did do some drugs back in the day...so did I, and I'm quite sure that many of you have as well, and so the question can bounce back to you, do you still get high? I heard a black minister try to play on his name...Barrack Hussein Obama...and tried to get others to believe that the man is an undercover terrorist because he has an Islamic name, yet look at some of the nams that we go by...some/many of which can't be found in anyone's name book for babies...and the brother is a member of one of the most radical chhurches that I have read about to date, and his pastor is the Reverend Jeremiah Wright...check him out online hen you get a chance...what I am trying to say here is this...the Bible tells us that we should pull the plank out of our own eye before we start pointing our fingers around the room, you know. We are all used to be somethings, one thing or another...a lot of us think that we have arrived, and have appointed ourselves as judges, that's right, many of us have become self-appointed judges, when we really have been called o be supeonaed witnesses. Many of us find things to believe so that we don't have to deal with truth.

Let me give you a truth, unless you are financially secure and can leave, you're probably not going anywhere but where you are. That being the case, then you might as well do whatever you have to do to make your life where you are as comfortable as possible. That means that we are all going to have to accept the fact htat we are African Americans...Africans that live in America, and if you don't like the things that you see, then you need to go to work and try to change those things, by all means necessary. The Jews in Jesus' day, was looking for some great warrior to come, sword iand shield at the ready, to lead them into battle agains the greatest fighting force in the known world. Jesus knew that the Jews would never ever beal to be the Romans at their own game, and so he said this..."give Caesar what is his...and give God what belongs to God...check this out...if you give Caesar what is his, he will have his hands on material things...but if you give to God what belongs to God...Caesar won't have anything because he needs us in order to be able to put his hands on the material things. If we give ourselves to the Lord...Caesar will go broke. I said that to say this...we are never going to be a force formidable enough to beat our enemy at his own gane...so what God has done is blessed us with a man...a man of God...that has gone into battle to fight for us. He has equipped him with the right tools and weapons that he needs to fight. Now, he cannot fight this battle alone...he needs us...he needs his people to trust him, and to satnd with him, because what he is doing is slowly working Black America into the mix of this society. We may not see it all right now, but if we take a united stand with this brother, I believe that we will see the kinds of changes that we have been looking for in this country.

Is Barrack black enough...most certainly...but the real question is, is this brother socially acceptable enough,...and again, yes he is. If whe were to come on as too black, he would never be accepted by states like Iowa, where he just won overwhelmingly. Iowa is about 90 to 95 percent white, and this brother went into their camp and beat the Clintons, Edwards and the rest of the democratic field. You see, Barrack not only has to be accepted by us, but htere is an entire nation that he chooses to represent, and for that, he must position himself to be accepted by every American voter.

So what you see is what you get...if he were Rev. Sharpton or Rev. Jackson, hw would never even be considered as viable opposition, but he's not like them, and therefore he must be taken seriously by every Ameican voter.

Now one can call this rhetoric if they choose, but real is real...if you want to take your chances with you/our enemy fixing our plate for us, telling us what we can or cannot eat, then vote the way you feel...as for me an my house...we're going to stand with our own this time.

Borack is half black. You don't even know the man you are supporting. And you are incapable of looking at facts, yet you abuse the word truth. Truth is, you, like so many others, want a black in office so bad, you are too void of intellect to understand why it's important to get it right the first time.

Believing in something without evidence to support that belief is ignorant and void of intelligence. If it was anything remotely intelligent, you wouldn't need to get on your soapbox to make that simple assertion of beleif.

I'm sorry that we still have UncleToms that think leaders like Al Sharpton and Jessee were not viable candidates simply because whites felt that way. I think it was Malcolm X that use to warn us about white folks that support certain black leaders.

Borack is, by his own evidence, no different from the corrupt white politicians that have been there. There are only two differences between Borack and the 'other' candidates:

1 - Borack is half-black
2 - Borack is a newcomer

This debate is pointless if anyone lacks the moral and intellectual strength to look at one's record of actual accomplishments, then form a rational opinion or conclusion.

Amerikkka is full of UncleToms. I'm not going to continue trying to have an intelligent discussion with those who like it too much on the porch.

Sorry...LONG, and Almost Insane Rambling Warning !!

Obama knows he is not a USA America..per se...Heck, he has most of his upbringing in privileged Hawaiian schools coming up...and his step pops was Indonesian..and he spent his upbringing in Indonesia too...

But shoot..They all have some "dirt" on them..who doesn't,ya know..And, yeah I do believe the "Joke" that Prez. Clinton was the closest thing t a Black Prez that we Blacks will ever get in an Oval Office...Heck we didn't support Jesse Jackson nor Al Sharpton's attempts..so there ya go..Heck,I think we just aren't "ready-ready" to accept a SRR (Same Race Relationship) Black perosn in that chair...Shoot, I wasn't born then, but I wonder how Shirley Chisholme faired with Black support when she tried to run for presidency waaaayyy back then...

But heck..Obama is an enigma with brown skin should this be his Scarlet Letter..should we condemn him for not having a direct SRR Black Pass...card....I don't know...but I admit,I have some qualms about him also..and may be guilty of pre-judging his committment or true identificatuon with his DARK SIDE...being married to a Black does not make you Black...IMO....But,now...Hiliary Clintonhas some dirt on her from a woman's perspective..Like she is the Tammy Wynette of the Political Race..Stand By Your Man..From a female perspective, I did question why and how she could stay with such a Serial "adulterer"..repeat offender...She plays it off but she has stayed with a Man who admittedly had NUMEROUS affairs that became public..from that dog looking Arkansas "chick" to Monica...AND,right now..I'm pissed at Clinton...the ripple effect of him moving his offices into Harlem has started that ripple effect of Regentrification..because His WHITE PRESCENCE made the Harlem properties look more lucrative for vulture developers..and they are already changing the face of Harlem..the soul of Harlem..to Fade to WHITE...White Power is taking back all lands that blacks have lived in for decades...and we all will be treated like the "REFUGEES" Blacks from New orleans..as they strategically and methodically take back neighborhoods and lands to make them m ixed white income residents..and displace the Blacks with no where to really go...This in turn will SHORE UP their Districts to become more WHITE VOTERS..for them Mugs up on Capital Hill to continue to vote for the greater white good..and interests..as they now will increase their white constituency..thus voters..thus more white power..more white laws passed for their interest....REGARDLESS OF WHO IS IN THE PROM/HOMECOMING QUEENS CHAIR AS PREZ OF THIS COUNTRY..THE NEW AMEXICA...

I will be honest...I really don't know who I'm going to vote for..I may just cross the lines and vote for Ron Paul...

Deep down, I already know..it's NEVER really about the Lone Figure head running...that's just the mask behind the curtain, like the Wizard of Oz...It is the people I vote for in local and regional districts that RUN this country currently...The nuts in the Senate and the House of Rep..as well as the clandestine "sub committees" who enact laws and bills and ordinances that CHANGE THIS COUNTRY....The "Prez" is just the figure head and every voting year..it's just a changing of the guard...regardless of the issues at hand...The issues remain the same...

My examples would be when Clinton was in office and half the senate and HOR were heavily republican...They have the legislative power and the supreme court has the judicial power..to Change the Laws of The Land...the Prez..is ONLY the last stop if a hotbed "stalemate" issues...with his Executive-veto power...He can't enact laws..he can only pressure others to Give him this..Make this Happen type sub committee and buy committees...votes or lobbyists for his agenda..His dang gone cabinet even has more say than he does...

This checks and balances FACADE we call our political system is slowly but surely withering away to naught(sp)...

I'm saying...when did the AmeriKKKan people..even get a say on the governments ability to TAKE property of people/businesses and housing authorities even (on a small scale)..I mean we ain't seen but the tip of the iceberg..with the RIGHTS the government HAS voted itself into LEGALITY with this Imminent Domain...

The LAWMAKERS RUN THIS COUNTRY...The Prez..is just a figurehead..for show...JMO..

I will vote..and probably by default for this upcoming election..It is my civic duty and a right I wasn't allowed to have because I was/am still considered a Negra Ni@@@er gal...so I vote for historical SPITE...to be honest with ya...Just for the Jane Pittman in me...what can I say...

I vote more emphatically when it comes to voting for govenors, mayors and senatorial races..because those are the ones with the POWER to be BOUGHT.SOLD or Hold Steadfast AGAINST some bill attached to bottom of another bill..attached to another special interest bill...I watch those BILLS and how my GA lawmakers vote (can find much of this via th net now) on giv en issues...UNLESS OF COURSE...an issue is secretly being decided and BYPASSED from the senate and the HOR and straight to clandestine committee for a decisions...under the guise of the new Homeland security and the SPP..rules...

Hayle...look up the REAL purpose for FEMA...it rarely was supposed to be like the RED CROSS in the first place....It's RULES and MISSION was set up to be prepared in case of civil unrest (US) and how to lock Americans down in case of some revolt...on any of the numerous concentration camps they ALREADY KEEP ACTIVELY ON THE READY" now...(If anybody remembers Oliver North /Reagan Contra Affair REX 84-FEMA & The CIA( see the true definition, mission ansd purpose for the CIA even....start there and connect the dots...) Ashcrofts history and mission..

The Prez will admit that he has and will have to get the committee started for this to look at that...He has little real ACTUAL power...to enact that kinda laws or changes....Heck, even in declaring war ..unless the Congress declares war...anything else we get involved in is technically just a Deadly CONFLICT...
(See Vietnam "Conflict" regardless of the dead soldiers ignored and not recognized)

So saying all this "X-Files Mulder/Scully" type conspiracy talk..to say..Yeah, I'm voting for Prez..but will be keeping my EYE on the ACTUAL LAWMAKERS in their party lines and have the power of the pen to vote for American causes to Black Causes...The Prez is just the ..uh..Homecoming Queen...to show up and Look pretty...and be the marionette puppet under the strings and control of the Senate/HOR/FEMA/CIA and yes..the new parallel governmental leadership of Homeland Security)

So yeah...Imma vote for Homecoming Queen...but watching closely as I usually do(I keep up with my district reps and check to see how they voted on a tundry of issues,be surprised how non Democratic some vote..lol or have voted, I always start with my local state Capital folks, then look at who I put in Washington..again,you'd be surprised) But watching.....Them MUGs on Capital Hill are aTRIP...BIG TIME...the lobbyists, the filibustering to get some mess atatched to some other mess...so much hand over hand deals made..Plea bargaining rambling and scrambling i call it...BUT..Them MUGS on the HILL...they have the real power ...

But..yeah....going in the booth and will vote for Prom Queen for the next 4 yrs of this North Amexica. North American Union continent....But my "eyes" be on the ISSUES though...and history on how my Hill Rats vote..
