I think at this point, after what we've experienced for 8 years, America wants a BRAINIAC--and essentially the sheer opposite of Bush's bad qualities. At all costs. So if this means breaking the status quo of a white president, or a male president, America will do it.

I am of course referring to Obama and Clinton respectively. They both stand out as the truly intelligent candidates. I think that America can do well with either of them, considering how seriously a black or female president would take their job, in that they may feel that they have "something to prove" in the eyes of our society. I think that they would work exceptionally hard because of this, and America will benefit from it.

You are right that the woman and the black guy happen to also be the smartest ones in the pack. But, I will still go on record as predicting that the majority of Americans whose votes will be allowed to count in 2008 are not ready for, nor will vote for, a woman or a black guy to be President.

Well, the poll here speaks for itself. AfroChat is clearly pro-Obama, regardless of what negative issues plague him.

I think that the poll underscores the continued distrust in white leadership/governance to the point that people just want the ole rank and file to change.

You do have a realist's take on this--but I'll remain optimistic; there is nothing like an unpopular war to change things.

I would vote for Hilary, for several reasons 1) she is a good politician, 2) she has Bill Clinton's as her consultant who will help her in the presidency. last and at least I think she has a better chance of defeating Guilani than Obama.

I wouldn't vote for any of them...because none of them have the power to supercede the will of the CFR, Neo-Cons, MNC's, etc...

The rulers of this nation will allow you to vote for which puppet is placed in the window, but they will never allow you to vote for who runs their house.
