the hate that hate produced

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

why do you do that which is done to you?
that which causes you pain...hinders your progress...darkens your outlook?
do you really feel superior? really better than everyone else? who are you trying to convince, them...or you?
do you truly think that the hate you produce will elicit a different response than the hate directed to you?
It fuels your fear, it ignites your passion, strenthens the resolve you have
have you embraced it? have you felt it so much that you can put it out the way you get it? I know this doesn't rhyme but i question the validity
seriously
of all the misery you bring on yourself
the weight of yesterday
the hate that hate produces
seduces relentlessly pent up fury
invigorating
outdating litigation
legislation
the recommendation of reparations
I sit here
resigned to my fate
pending our resignation
of the state of affairs in the US of A
A mere "I can"
can go so much further than a "you did"
I can't stop the profits
I can 't top the prophets
My *** I get off it
I'm making a change
From Lenin to McCarthy to Lenon and Mcartney to 4 decades of mullarkey
**** is still strange
the fruit that hung from trees
is now getting degrees
with varying degrees
of difficulties
developing new flows with ease
speaking words that elicit nigga pease
nigga pleas to the indifference of the invisible MAN
not the one of waldo emerson
but th eone of Uncle Sam
he of the never yielding glass ceiling
of conceptual genuflectural kneeling
to the lesser god of green
what are we chasing
what are we facing
by the constant misplacing
of negritude...with attitude
in an attempt to gain altitude
we lose lattitude
we lose sight of why we love...to hate

Very deep poem. . .

Hate is hate it is like AIDS it does not discriminate. I’ve looked into its eyes and felt its pain. It has no color…It will kill you...

Excellent Poem Doc
