Chile...I'm a baby from the early 60's so of course I know what NATTY is. Mamma tried to grab that straightening comb but I wasn't having it LOL!! Much bettah' to go au'natural with the hair because it looks really nice in it's natural state. Nevah did a perm, weave, or anything to make it unbecoming. I will use a flat iron once in a while and I'm not afraid of water so more power to the NATTY darn it!!!

This just gave me a flashback and might have to dig out the Afro Pick. Yeah!!

I hear you, I think if we all came to terms with our natural selfs maybe just MAYBE our people will be better off............as a starting point.

OH GOD NOOOOO!!!

The worst I did was have a blady with a patch of hair in the shape of a Nike swoohs in the back (13 years old)

But never any chemical burns
