Behold... A New Thing.
Ah, Its a new year.
A new start,
A new season,
A new beginning.
Now its up to you and me,
to touch and agree.
That we shall see
new blessings and new mercies.
No longer shall we reach
for the past has gone past
and our present future awaits us.
For our God has told us
Behold, I will do a new thing.
As the calendar turns,
So let us turn our hearts toward our Creator.
For He has given us a new year.
For so long we have wished each other a happy New Year.
Yet, God Himself never promised us that we be "happy".
Yes, we would like to be,
but I rather be free than happy,
For whom the Son sets free, is free indeed.
Instead this year... I pray for a Joyful New Year.
For in His presence is fullness of Joy.
This year I pray for His presence in your life,
let His presence be saturated in all of your circles of life.
Let His presence change the atmosphere in which you dwell.
Its a new thing...
Let it be so always in this year.
May Joy always be with you all.
