From the moment I laid eyes on you I knew

To be with you
Be lost with you

I could sense the sincerity in your eyes
The pledge of love in your smile
I could sense your core
untainted, sparkling and masterful

I have loved your tall brown frame
That soft hair
Perfect head,
wry yet opulent and wistful smile
Chocolate brown eyes,
Coffee caramel skin
And your deep hunger to be loved.

Yes, I wished with all my heart
That you would give me the moment
To love you
For you to love me

And now, as I sit back and exhale
I listen to your voice
Each time
you ask who loves me?
I know it is you
And
My wish has finally come true.
