Tempted Heart
I can sense your love from the deep recesses of you
As your eyes tell me that this is the place where you need to be
To experience Joy.
How do you stand there before me,
Tall, Proud
And self assured
Knowing that a simple whisper from you
Makes my knees go weak
My breath shallow
And my heart beating heavily from your nearness.
What is this hold you have over me?
What is this strong sublime effect that you use to
Caress my emotions?
Your eyes dance with light, so luminous,
Your smile sways with genuine kindness
And your voice raises me to an altered awareness that
Assures me that I can entrust you with my heart.
So, for you
I can honestly say
You have almost captivated me
And I Am
Tempted to fall so deeply,
Into an endless pool of love
With you

I agree, a good piece of work. When I was reading, the music to the song 'underwater lover' came to mind. So calm and smooth.
