Yeah, we read what DBlack said, and what he said is true. I'm just taking it a step deeper and giving a more situational view point where these perverted self destructive actions are the norm. If its the norm then how do you know it is wrong.

Think about it....every rap song... women calling the men n i g g a z....men calling women b________ and h______ ....
Keyshia Cole should've cheated....
People sing/rap about being pimped...
It's just....like wtf....
do i need to say anything else.....

But my answer..is a resounding yes....
But the music I listen to...is healing..and for upliftment...so i dont have to worry about that problem
i assume the use of the word "NIGGAZ AND BITCHES" in rap songs is for entertainment and self aggrandizement, but then if african american relationships are suffering,i would'nt blame it all on music.

i support you on that one.we can't blame everything wrong in our community on music.music is for entertainment purposes and if it has any negative effect whatsoever, then maybe we've allowed ourselves to be influenced by lyrics.the words "niggaz and bitches" are used in normal conversations on a daily basis,so why all of a sudden, music seems to have made it worse?

That's what i thought.it's always someone else's fault but ours!! like you said,we should blame the person we see when we look in the mirror!!
