Sometimes we do do like to vent and talk to others about our spouses, boyfriend/girlfriends etc.

Knowing this who do you think would be willing to offer advice that isn't one-sided?

Neither, but if I had to choose I would pick a member of his family, someone like his mother or father/sister or brother.

I know this is strange to say, but depending on the issue I don't mind my husband talking to his friends. Reasons being 1) I know them, 2) They have been married longer than we have and most times have already gone through what we are experiencing, 3) I think they have his or our best interest at heart...at least one of them. :) I would never advise talking to a family member...they are sometimes too emotionally involved to give unbiased advice.

I agree with LadyBug because his family knows him better then anyone. Friends on the other hand can only tell you what they THINK you want to hear. Then that's when all hell breaks loose.

i dont want his family in my biz and he runs right to them all the dag on time just a big ole mama's boy but i have a great plan for his ***

Really?? Friends would have been my second choice, but honestly the friends of the guy I'm speaking of are retarded and immature. I picked his parents because they often have intelligent input and he's gone to them before about certain things and believe it or not, they side with me more.

What if the answer is no one? Not a very good poll with 'tunneled' choices.

But my answer is no one. Our business is our business, but I know that's not going to happen.

Well I didn't put that as an option because I don't think it's very realistic. Granted communication has to be done in EVERY relationship, that doesn't mean that we aren't going to want to vent to other people women & men. In fact sometimes it makes the situation better because the person was allowed to let certain things off their chest, which calms them down and better prepares them to talk to their mate. ;)

If we were having relationship problems I would rather him talk to me so that we can see what we can do to fix what's going on.
Because I don't want anyone in my personal business like that
That will only give people room to talk you know ;)
