I wouldn't. They'd be no future for us. Dating is just dating and doesn't have to involve sex BUT I wouldn't want to waste time developing feelings with someone that I could never have skin-on-skin sex with. You could have sex and could use condoms. But even then, I wouldn't be comfortable with it.
Cancer isn't contagious and is often curable so it's not the same thing. I might still answer 'no' but for different reasons.
