I have no posse and have always gone and done things on my own. I was wearing white tee shirts,when it wasn't cool. I was talking smack,when people copped out,and it left me doing my own thing at the age of ten. I was and can still be a hateful sob,but i choose not too,because i learned finess from this lady i've traveled life with. Any woman can get a guy,that is a fact. The quality of the catch should be the question for men as well as women. There are no set rules in finding romance for any sex. Again, Young brother experience is knowledge, "Be the type of person that he or she finds irresistable,and you will have someone." You don't have to talk like you just come from watching a movie. "Treating one another with respect,and doing things the right way" is was" and forever" will get you and keep you a quality person."

I am now realising that THE most IMPORTANT reason we may NOT have a so-called man is because we are looking for a man. We try to please MAN.
We look to MAN for validation that we are 'sexy', 'beautiful', good women', good mothers' and the list can go on ...
But the thing is this thing (finite being) we are looking to and for CANNOT do anything for US.
The premise that we may need or even want a man in or lives for fulfilment is a fallacy.
Looking to a MAN for happiness is equated to building your house on sand... and many times the house crumbles when the waters come.
MAN cannot satisfy us "EVER"
But if we satisfy the creator of man and woman, the heavens and the earth then he will make us satisfied with our men and our men satisfied with us.
So i can say by REAL experience All teh 10 point plans and tips are worth nothing without a proper understanding as to who is the author and what he wants from us.

Excellent question. Maybe at some point this new poster will offer a female viewpoint as well. Not to negate what the poster has stated, I agree somewhat. Already in a relationship? "Take what you can use and what you can't, throw away." It's that simple. And if one can't use any of the information disseminated? Go right on to the next thread, right?

thats a good point ....to be honest the 'rules' are more for folks pondering dating or out of a relationship if u r in it things can be quite tough if the clarity from the beginning was a bit shaky or folks seems to change while in the relationship

Why are people jumpin on Maat?
Woman have a million reasons/excuses why they don't have a man
When many of their issues are internal and never addressed
because "oh nothing is ever their fault"
"Black men have all the flaws"
The minute someone makes sistas look in the mirror
all of the sudden he gets attacked?
Bottom line there is romantic divide between black men and women
Both sides have faults, big faults
The only way we can possibly fix this glitch in Black romance
is to examine the flaws of both sexes
