I wonder whether Maryland DAs are going to use this the way they do domestic violence laws? You know, when the woman wants to drop the case, the State takes up the case on her behalf whether she likes it or not.
I'm all for the protection of women, but who's gonna protect us from the protectors?

The testimony is that he took 5 or 10 seconds to stop. I could understand if it were even 15 or 20 seconds. But, 5 or 10?? The guy probably needed that much time to realize what was going on. The blood had obviously rushed away from his brain.

Well, I can't agree on the whole issue but No is NO.
You just have to stop, yeah be pissed but yeah stop.
You never know what's in a persons mind during sex she probably has some issue somewhere deep and you just have to deal with it.
She may say yes later on if you are understanding enough.
