Uh, you caught him in a lie and since then, he's been avoiding you. That, to me says plenty about him. But I only know what you disclose.

by all means, if you love him do your best to make it right, but hold him accountable to the same rules of intregrity and trust that you do for yourself.

I'm sorry to hear that LadyD. He is probably ashamed of his actions hence why he is keeping a low profile.

I know it is horrible being deceived and all kind of doubts might be surfacing in your mind. Just let things cool down for a while and see how you feel later on, but remember we are all imperfect and sometimes do things that we regret. I am not condoning his behaviour, just saying that you should give it time and see how you both feel in a few days.

Sorry to hear about your relationship problems. I say give it some time for now and focus on you. I ask that you don't hastily jump into something that you will regret later on. Don't worry he will come around...now how you deal with the situation when the time comes, is up to you.
