Both. Well....if I'm wearing some expensive clothing or lingerie, he bet' not rip off my clothes  lol (I love this smiley). I don't mind stripping and seeing him strip. I'll rip something off, myself and him, when the mood is there and when the clothing is inexpensive :-)
