Yeah, of course. But I try not to do hate, it's not cute. But I've had my moments. Now I mostly have a small number of people I place into the "Intense Dislike" category.

I don't believe that someone could make me hate them. I would go with a strong dislike instead. Hatred would take too much energy from me. It's been said that hating somebody gives them a certain amount of control over you. It kind of makes sense to me.

Hating will take so much from you personally that it's not worth it. Do what you have to do to face the issue and move on. I think it's better to confront all issues and get them over with as soon as possible. Of course it might put you in some uncomfortable situations but at least you don't have to let them drag out until it starts to drain you.

I agree..hate is very draining. I can't hate anyone, but I'm not one to hold much in either. I have to get it out and let it go. |

**** yea a person can make you hate them but its holding on to the hate thats not good i mean i dont hate my soon to be xhusband any more i just cant stand his *** thats all and its very draining to hate but we have all hated some one for a little while
