Aloe Vera= beautiful skin

I just wanted to know if anyone has tried drinking aloe vera. I am not talking about the juice that is already made, I'm talking about buying the plant and making it yourself. Well, there are many health benefits from drinking aloe vera, but i want to inform you that it is great for the skin. The taste is not pleasant at all but it is bearable. Also rubbing the gel on your skin makes it really soft, youthful and beautiful.

nope,never tried drinking it , really never knew or thought that one could..But I know when growing up,my mom would break open the plants skin, and rub the liquid on burns and stuff like that.This may have been more directed to the sistas,but hey I like beautiful skin too...lol
