If you saw the game, you gotta agree that it was one of the greatest championship games ever played. To incredible teams with stellar talent, battling down to the last play.
USC's much overhyped Reggie Bush was barely productive as the Texas defense keyed on him heavily. Other USC players stepped up in a chaotic game where the lead changed more than 5 times.
And what can you say about Vince Young? Still and underclassmen, he's got all the moves of a NFL quarterback. He's Michael Vick with the poise of Peyton Manning. He put on a show last night producing more than 450 yards running and passing. I was amazed at Vince Young's poise and skill throughout the entire night.
In the forth quarter, I looked over to my wife when Texas got the ball back with under a minute to play and was disgusted that she was dead asleep. She quickly woke up after I jumped off the couch in celebration.
Great Game, and congrats to another potentially great QB destined for the NFL.
