Games with Great Endings Oct 23
For football fans there were several games this past Sunday that had great endings.
1. In NY Giants vs Denver, Manning threw a touchtown pass with 3 seconds left to tie the score and the extra point lifted NY past Denver, 24 to 23.
2. San Diego was leading Philly 20 to 13 with 2:25 to go and was about to kick a field goal to ice the game. But Philly blocked the field goal and returned the blocked kick 65 yards for a touchtown and Philly won 20 to 17.
3. Green Bay was ahead of Minnesota most of the game, but then Minn came back to tie the score at 20 each. The game looked like it was headed for overtime, but the Minn kicker hit a 56 yard field goal as time ran out to win it for Minn 23 to 20.
4 Dallas led Seattle most of the game. The game was tied with 14 seconds left and it looked like overtime wsa coming. But Seattle intercepted a Dallas pass
and returned it 25 yards to the Dallas 32 and Seattle kicked a 52 yard field goal to win it. (As a Redskins fan I really loved this ending and wish I could have seen it like the others about on TV).
These are the kinda games that make you watch sports.
