those that were involved
definately need to get punished...assault is assault no matter who commited the offense. like stern said, it's a breakdown in basic human civility.

I believe they should be punished because they had no business throwing chairs and cups at the players. That was disrespectful no matter how mad you feel you get! Let me throw a cup at you and see what you do. I'd be up in those stands too! lol

It's Like That
Due to the current financial restraints the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Wow, well I'm just glad they are being fair and getting everybody involved. Not just the players but the fans. Actually, it's rather shocking that they would get the 'fans' in that all of them were white. With their track record, I thought the 'race' card would surely be played. I mean after all, when this first broke, all you heard the commentators start disgustingly hurling was, 'that's Detroit for you.' I notice they shut that aspect of their criticism up when all those involved in the melee were found to be 'white' suburbanites.
Anyway, all in all, glad to see that they were fair enough to charge 'all' involved.

it's only about race because
Because 80% of the NBA is black. How could they not play the race card?
It's all about personal accountablity...the players, the fans....everyone involved. i've said it once and i'll say it again....just because you can kick someones *** doesn't mean you should....
