I know Eddie...I went to school with him at Temple...It's a stupid move. Shaq's game is hit and miss with anyone....especially when you're hurt much of the season, you never get a chance to get in a rythym (sp)....I don't like Shaq, never have. The Lakers dumb move was listening to KOBE. Shaq wouldn't have stayed in LA anyway.

Eddie is Cool, but soft come Playoff time.that is why Shaq cracked on him.I've seen Eddie over many years choke in the post season. He was ran out of LA because he couldn't carry his weight on Offense.Kobe was better overall as a Player than him.Eddie went to the Hornets&got ate up in the Post season.same thing happen when he went to the Heat.SHaq got how many rings&Finals MVP's??? please fill in the blank_______________. Eddie Jones has Helped what team Win it all?Kobe should have been flipped by the Lakers&the Lakers should have Kept shaq&allowed him to Retire as a Laker. Eddie was good Defensive Player, but His Offensive Game was streaky. Shaq is in the Top 5 of all time for winning Percentage for a Player.Eddie Jones had a chance but He blew it.Eddie Jones ain't counted since 98.He had a Out of Body Flashback last year with the Heat, but that was mainly due to Shaq.Dewayne wade got more game than Eddie Jones Ever had.Poor Eddie somebody better always stole what little Thunder He ever had.

I have never been a Shaq fan and am still not, but I need to give him two "props". First, it was reported a few months ago that Shaq went back to school and got his Masters degree. For someone who makes the money that he does, that to me says something about where the person's head is. That fact should be played up by basketball announcers to stimulate some kids who are his fans.
Second, a few days ago I read a story about Shaq'a new line of basketball shoes. It seemed that he heeded the pleas of a woman who complained to him about the cost of basketball shoes. His new line of shoes, which he wears in games, will sell for $40.00 or less and be sold in discount shoe stores.
My hats off to you Shaq ( but you still can't play no basketball!!!)

shaq is the Greatest Basketball Player Ever IMO. but anyone who questions Shaq's basketball Skills doesn't know much about the Game period. Shaq plays within the rules.the Man Can score,Play Defense,Rebound, give assits, make teammates better,etc... 3 Titiles,3 finals MVPs,All-star MVP, League MVP&Considered by many to be the games Most Dominate Player Ever&also Selected as One of the 50 Greatest Ever, hand picked personally by Bill Russell:Get Outta here with the Hate. Shaq is also helping out law enforcement.Shaq Blings&Keeps it Real. One of the Few Straight up brothers in the NBA Period.

I beg your pardon!!! Shaq has somme good basketball skills, but he is not outstanding. He has benefitted from playing when there were NO other big men, like Bob Lanier, Bill Russell, Wes Unseld, Wilt Chamberlain, Kevin McHale, in the league who could guard him. His basic game has always been "gimme the ball and I'll dunk it" and he bulls his way to the basket and the refs just don't call it. Most of what he has is bulk that he throws around. He has one shot: dunk it. That's not basketball skills.

get outta my face.3 rings,3 finals MVPs 12 time All-star.20&10 for 12 straight years.nobody else has ever done that.Bill Russell personally picked him as His first Pick on the 50 greatest players ever. he can also pass, run the floor&has a baby hook.I beg your pardon you need to learn basketball before you go up against me.when it comes to Shaq I will get at you.that Brother is the Truth. ain't nobody who can guard shaq.if the league didn't have the Hack a Shack&other rules Shaq would average 70 points in his sleep.

I stand on what I said, Shaq ain't got much game, he happened along when there were no big centers to guard him. He is not the only one on the 50 greatest list who is suspect, so that don't mean nothing. Mo power to him and his rings, but its not a one man game. Shaq didn't carry the Lakers by himself. It was not just Shaq, it was the team!! Even Michael Jordon couldn't carry the Wizards by himself.
Yes he gets hacked a lot, and he is a gentleman about it and doesn't get nasty. But his game is still gimme the ball and I will boll over whomever is in my way. He has no outside shot, can't shoot free throws, his range is about 5-6 feet. He never guards anyone outside because he is useless out there. You need to look at all of the facts and listen to all of the Bball analyst, and the players.
I don't really care who wins the NBA title next, but I hope its not Shaq or Kobe. I think their expectation are way above reality. It takes a team with the right chemistry to win it all. Maybe the Heat have it, time will tell.
