Are You Ready For Some Football ???
:weight_li :workout: NFL training camps are only a few weeks away!! Are you ready for some football????
I know its been real hot almost all over the country, not really football weather. But your local news will be filled with NFL training camp footage real soon, especially if you are in a city with an NFL team. So .......
What's your team?
What's your prediction for them this coming season?
Who's going to the playoffs in your team's division?
Who's gonna win the Superbowl???
Come on all you prognosticators!!

Hell....YES!! I love football. It's the sport of kings.
Anyway, unfortunately, San Fran is my team, but I'm slowly shifting towards the Falcons. After all, they're closer geographically and Birmingham will never get a pro team as long we still have Alabama and Auburn.
And it's possible they could end up with TO soon. Man, if that happens I might have to move to ATL. I have to see that in person.
Now as for my picks for the division winners:
NFC North - Minnesota Vikings
NFC South - Atlanta Falcons
NFC East - Philadelphia Eagles
NFC West - St. Louis Rams
AFC North - Pitsburgh Steelers
AFC South - Indianapolis Colts
AFC East - New England Patriots
AFC West - uh.....this one's hard. The Chargers might have another great season or they might nut up. The Chiefs improves slightly on defense, but not quite enough. The Raiders got Randy Moss...that says a lot. The Broncos made some really questionable off season moves, and Jake Plummer to me isn't the answer at QB.
I'm picking the Raiders.

Years ago I may be inclined to make some picks now, but every since free agency shapes almost every team every year, you never know what you got or what the competition will be until the season starts. You got some good picks and I could go with them. The Redskins have been my team in the past, but with so many players moving, I'm not sure that I have a team any more. I just root for the Redskins and whoever is playing Dallas !!!

So I'm not the only one who despises the Cowboys.

I wouldn't pick the Cowpokes at gunpoint.
Anyway, what do you think about Hines Ward holding out? My opinion is that he is a guy that is GROSSLY underpaid and needs to holdout, whereas T.O. had signed his contract and should be honoring it.
Does anybody else see a difference or is it just me?

I hear the Raiders got a All-Pro Wide-out by the name of Randy Moss...AFC never going to be the same.

Moss should fit in perfectly in Oakland. That's one team I always liked. But I cannot stand the coach, Norv Turner. We had him for what seemed like aged in DC and all he did was whine about why the team didn't win, with his nasal tone speech.

Uh, no, I'm not ready. I don't watch much football and never have.
