The Falcons sucked. One O-lineman, no Defensive Tackle...and they paid Top3 money to a guy that shouldn't have been in the top 10. This from a front office that for the last 3 months have preached building the lines, building the lines, building the lines......and just when you thought Arthur Blank would butt out and let them do that......LOL.....lets just say this is vintage Arthur Blank. He got scared and let the media convince him that he needed Matt Ryan to "move one from the Vick era". Basically, his Ferrari crashed, and he went out and got the best darn Camry on the market.

, and yea the media pumped up Ryan, as if he was the next great one when he's average imo! And then you have the Lions who always draft top receivers, yet ignore MAIN priority needs, and the picks they make only half-a** it throughout their careers and get injured a lot, so yea very suspect picks from the teams! Peace!

Hopefully, the coach can work out the kinks with the team and the Brownies can get right on track.

In all honesty, the results of this year's draft, positive or negative, won't be felt until at least next season, or perhaps the year after that.
But what I do know is, is that the Falcons picked-up an average, run-of-the-mill white boy to be their Quarterback. The Falcons can try and "turn the page" all they want, but in the minds of many in this city, this is still Michael Vick's team. |

Although I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA a little more than 41 years ago, I've been a Cowboys fan all of my life and caught hell for it here because the rivalries has always been treacherous between the two.
Anyways the Cowboys picked up MUCH NEEDED prospects in the draft like some cornerbacks, a defensive end and Felix Jones, their #1 draft pick in which he'll compliment Marion Barber very well in the backfield. Cowboys should be hosting the NFC Championship this upcoming season headed to the Super Bowl. |

I don't know who told all those analysts on ESPN that Matt Ryan was gonna be the face of the Atlanta Falcons....but until Mike Vick officially retires from ever playing football again, he'll be the face of the Falcons.....and 30,000 empty seats will magnify just how much he is the face come this fall.
